Dr. Rosewood is a skilled and compassionate chiropractor dedicated to promoting holistic health and wellness. Born and raised in Victoria, B.C., Helen developed an early fascination with anatomy and alternative medicine while accompanying her mother, a yoga instructor, to wellness retreats. This passion led her to earn a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. For over a decade, Dr. Rosewood has specialized in spinal health, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. She is known for her gentle techniques and personalized treatment plans that combine chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and patient education. Her commitment to empowering her patients extends beyond the clinic, as she frequently hosts workshops on posture correction and stress relief strategies.
